Department Overview
The Corporate Functions Operations team, part of the "Strategy & Operations" unit, plays a pivotal role in leading the transformation efforts within our organization. Collaborating closely with the GFA Leadership team and various stakeholders, this team is dedicated to continuously enhancing finance processes and executing strategic initiatives.
- Improve transparency in spending and decision-making across the source-to-pay process
- Ensure processes are user-friendly, standardized, automated, compliant, and efficient
- Implement streamlined and uniform source-to-pay processes that align with business and compliance requirements
- Integrate AI into cloud solutions to boost customer satisfaction
The S2P team aims to simplify, automate, and standardize services, drive process excellence, and optimize SAP Procurement Solutions to alleviate operational challenges. They actively support procurement and shared services by fostering internal collaboration and maintaining robust relationships with external suppliers.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive working student to become a part of the S2P Process Management Team. In this role, you will assist with project execution, contribute to ongoing simplification and standardization initiatives, and enhance our Cloud solutions. Responsibilities will include project management support, process documentation, and operational assistance, with opportunities for additional tasks based on your interests. Success in this position requires a strong desire to learn, a focus on procurement, and a keen interest in technology.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Able to thrive in an international environment
- Possess a strong analytical and quality-oriented mindset
- Soft skills: Motivated, service-oriented, results-driven, proactive, team-oriented, excellent communication, independent, flexible, organized, and proficient in time management
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP Technology is advantageous, and knowledge of video creation/Photoshop is a plus
- Experience in project management, MS SharePoint, Work Zone, and video production is beneficial
