Notary Assistant (m/w/d) for Corporate/M&A

Full-time or part-time position

Based in Frankfurt

Your new responsibilities:


  • Preparation and processing of real estate and corporate documentation
  • Conducting complex correspondence in German and English with clients, courts, and authorities
  • Creating notarial cost statements in accordance with the German Notary Act
  • Document management, filing, and retrieval
  • Other tasks related to notary work.


What we're looking for:


  • We're seeking individuals with strong communication skills, engagement, and teamwork – bringing a hands-on approach and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • A successful completion of a notary assistant training program
  • Previous experience in notary work is an advantage
  • A structured and meticulous work approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and XNP
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking are an asset, but not a requirement.
