The Controllers team in Frankfurt is tasked with ensuring that the financial and regulatory obligations of our German entities are fulfilled, in line with statutory and corporate requirements. Controllers are also responsible for identifying, measuring, and mitigating firmwide financial reporting risks to support regulatory mandates and corporate governance. Furthermore, we manage operational, technological, and other risks within the Controllers division.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a Financial Reporting Governance Associate, you will be involved in and/or responsible for:
- Providing assurance regarding the integrity of the financial reporting process to senior management.
- Enhancing corporate responsibility and accountability concerning the production of accurate financial statements and reports.
- Elevating the quality and transparency of financial and regulatory reporting relied upon by external stakeholders.
- Supporting management's certification regarding the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify risks and develop appropriate mitigants.
- Working with the Data Governance Office to implement a suitable framework within Controllers to address the requirements for effective risk data aggregation and reporting.
- Implementing solutions to enhance the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of our data.
- Academic degree in business administration or finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a regulatory environment, preferably within the financial sector in Germany or a SSM country.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with European and German regulatory frameworks.
- Attention to detail and effective time management are essential for this role. The candidate should also possess the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience across various levels of seniority.
