Kieser Training AG is a renowned international brand that has been synonymous with health-oriented strength training for over 50 years. With a network of over 170 owned and franchised studios globally, we empower individuals to maintain a healthy and efficient musculoskeletal system.

We are expanding our Franchise Management department and are looking for a dedicated
Entry-Level Franchise Manager (m/w/d) - Full-Time or Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and advise our franchise partners
• Act as a direct representative of the franchisor, serving as a crucial link between our independent business partners and the corporate office
• Assist our contractual partners with all franchise-related inquiries as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate collaboration with all relevant departments
• Facilitate relocations of Kieser Training studios and identify suitable new locations
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at the brand's development
• Aid in sales efforts to attract franchisees in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a higher education qualification (e.g., Bachelor/Master in Fitness Economics) with several years of professional experience, ideally including leadership experience in a Kieser studio
• Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken, along with solid knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to empathize with the needs of franchisees while keeping the franchisor's interests in mind
• Strong communication skills, tact, confident demeanor, and a high level of service orientation
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as independent work
