Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a vital part of our retail sales operations at REWE, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and providing excellent customer service.

• Develop and maintain an appealing product presentation that meets customer expectations
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products
• Implement initiatives to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate stock levels and pricing of products
• Monitor and manage incoming inventory to meet customer demand

• Previous experience in retail or a related field, preferably with a strong customer focus
• Enthusiasm for the retail industry and interacting with people
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
