About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Associate to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Controllers group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's financial control and reporting obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the ICAAP Framework for Goldman Sachs entities in Germany
  • Collaborate with firmwide and external stakeholders to deliver entity ICAAPs in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit recovery and resolution reporting for Goldman Sachs entities in Germany
  • Calculate regulatory capital adequacy and large exposures for the German bank entity on a daily basis
  • Address ad hoc requests related to regulatory aspects
  • Participate in global regulatory project work, including system developments and implementation of new products and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
  • Academic degree in business administration or finance
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a regulatory environment, preferably in the financial industry in Germany or a SSM country
  • Experience working on the ICAAP framework is preferred
  • Business fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial
  • Good knowledge of European/German regulatory rules
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong computing skills, comfortable with large data sets and automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to run with issues and provide high-quality feedback
