About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Page Outsourcing. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver on recruitment process and support
  • Train, coach, and manage junior recruiters and talent sourcing partners on best practices in talent acquisition
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with client hiring managers and departments
  • Liaise with the HR team at the client side
  • Generate and effectively manage candidate applications, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Use innovative sourcing tools to maximize applications and efficiently screen applicants
  • Ensure full compliance with all data entered onto the database and maintain accurate candidate information
  • Comply with all company procedures, processes, and policies
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in leading or coordinating a team
  • Demonstrable track record in agency and/or onsite recruitment
  • Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment
  • Broad exposure to recruitment ATS/VMS platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, able to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Reliable and well-organized
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to influence people, sell ideas, and gain commitment
  • Customer-focused
