We're a forward-thinking company, PAIR Finance, revolutionizing the debt collection industry with innovative approaches. As a top-notch Senior Portfolio Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our mission.
About the Role
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for underlying assets, collaborating closely with sales and business development teams.
- Acquire and monitor financial assets in partnership with external partners, ensuring optimal returns.
- Analyze performance, generate insights, and identify trends to inform operational measures and optimize returns.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in our fast-growing business, including process and infrastructure enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Partnership, Data Science, BI, and senior management.
Your Background
- Hold a successful academic education in economics, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
- Bring 5-8 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, portfolio management, or risk management.
- Excel in MS Office, especially Excel, and SQL, with advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, or R being an advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of numbers and a high affinity for technology.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, with German knowledge being a plus.
