Global Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Global Export Control to join our Supply Chain team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our products in global markets while maintaining compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customs activities, including audits and reviews of brokerage service providers
- Provide leadership and direction on regulations, compliance, and risk assessment related to sanctions and trade control
- Develop and improve processes for sanctions and trade control, as well as the implementation of export best practices
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Executive Management to ensure compliance with export regulations
- Monitor and maintain export control and foreign trade licenses, as well as relevant master data
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including 3PL and international freight providers
Requirements
- 10+ years of international experience in trade compliance and customs, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages an asset
