Exciting Career Opportunity in the Insurance Industry
Are you enthusiastic about the insurance field and eager to make a significant contribution both in person and online? We are seeking a committed Sales Consultant for Health Insurance to serve as a resource of ideas and support within the Savings Banks. This position presents a thrilling chance to enhance the health insurance sector through innovative training initiatives and the recruitment of key influencers, while mentoring our staff in the sales process and working collaboratively to meet health insurance sales objectives.
- Facilitate customer acquisition and provide direct consultations both in-person and digitally.
- Generate innovative ideas and advance the health insurance business within the Savings Banks.
- Enhance the health insurance sector through training programs and influencer partnerships.
- Identify and recruit influencers for the health insurance domain in the Savings Banks.
- Guide Savings Banks personnel through the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as Insurance and Finance Merchants or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within banking institutions.
- Strong interest and solid knowledge of health insurance products.
- Confident demeanor, ability to work independently, and exceptional service orientation.
- Team-oriented, friendly, and highly committed.
- Flexibility and possession of a Class B driver's license.
