About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Project Manager to join our team at Stoll Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer projects in the automation sector, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automation sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English
