Your Role: Accounting Team Lead

As an Accounting Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will lead a team of accounting professionals and be responsible for various key tasks, including:

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of accounting specialists within the finance department.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability.
  • Accounting Operations: Execute daily accounting tasks independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of internal projects autonomously, contributing to the overall success of the finance department.
  • Year-End Close: Actively participate in the year-end financial statement preparation process.
  • Expert Support: Serve as a point of contact for specific accounting inquiries and issues.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a completed commercial education or relevant degree in accounting/taxation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience leading teams within a business environment, ideally with multiple subsidiaries.
  • Exhibit proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Nevaris.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of standard software programs.
  • Prior industry experience in construction or waste management is highly advantageous.
