Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our semiconductor manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and documenting test plans for new devices, designing and debugging test software and hardware for production and reliability, and overseeing test-related activities with internal and external test houses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document test plans for new devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Design and debug test software and hardware for production and reliability, utilizing expertise in semiconductor test methodology and programming languages such as C/C++ or Java.
- Debug new silicon, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high-quality test solutions.
- Bring quality and cost-effective test solutions to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement test programs and modify and release them into offsite production.
- Oversee test-related activities, including hardware and software, with both internal and external test houses, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively in English, both written and oral.
- Expertise in semiconductor test methodology, with experience working on digital, mixed-signal, and PMIC devices, as well as hands-on experience with VLSI ATE.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python) and high-level languages (e.g., C/C++, Java).
- Highly preferred knowledge of V93000 SOC Tester - Smartest 7 or Smartest 8.
- Validated experience with test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
