Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Software Engineer at CAIZ, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable and efficient server-side applications.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and implementing robust and maintainable applications
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality features
  • Enhancing applications for optimal speed and scalability
  • Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and system challenges
  • Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends
Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Lead Software Engineer role
  • Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Experience with relevant frameworks
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with database systems, particularly MongoDB
  • Solid grasp of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Educational Background: Diploma, Bachelor, or Master Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
