About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Backend Engineer to join our Supply Quality team in Marketplace Dynamics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of data collection strategies and enrichment capabilities.
  • Design and implement classified data quality capabilities to ensure the highest possible trust and safety of experience for all actors.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to align with the company's enterprise architecture and drive technical excellence.
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements to automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and redesign infrastructure for greater scalability.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in data engineering and ML engineering.
  • Experience in leading a team of software engineers.
  • Ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Agile mindset: direct communication, adaptation, fail fast, continuous improvement.
