Laboratory Technician in Virology

Key Responsibilities:
- Executing laboratory procedures involving cell cultures, mycoplasmas, and viral agents
- Conducting detection assays for viruses and mycoplasmas in biological specimens
- Independently performing and documenting bioanalytical techniques
- Preparing examination-related and cross-functional documentation
- Carrying out general laboratory duties, including equipment upkeep
- Adhering to and documenting processes under GMP standards
- Upholding the GMP framework
- Formulating standard operating protocols
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Biological Technical Assistant / Laboratory Technician or a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry
- Desirable practical experience in cell culture, virology, and/or microbiology
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both German and English
