Product Manager for Equestrian Goods

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product assortment within the equestrian industry.
- Innovate new products and refine existing offerings.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives related to products.
- Plan and manage product photoshoots.
- Provide internal product training to sales teams.
- Showcase product range at industry trade shows.
- Engage in correspondence with suppliers and visit production sites.
- Participate in domestic and international trade fairs.
- Negotiate pricing and manage terms in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Qualifications:
- Professional background in business management, ideally in procurement or product development.
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A passion for equestrian sports is preferred.
