KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management framework for flywheel energy storage systems.
- Utilize quality planning methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Establish, monitor, and document adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure traceability throughout manufacturing and procurement processes.
- Validate products and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives in cases of deviations.
- Formulate and enforce effective quality guidelines to support the successful development of new energy storage technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Preferred: Several years of relevant practical experience.
- Desirable: Auditor certification.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management practices.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, motivation, attention to detail, and dependability.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
