Your Key Responsibilities:- Identifying, planning, and designing effective sales processes
- Defining and executing business processes within the global sales division
- Analyzing and refining existing workflows
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive process portfolio, including setting process objectives, key performance indicators, and metrics
- Creating a communication framework for internal operations
- Planning and facilitating process workshops, followed by training sessions for participants

We are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Process Management, Business Administration with a focus on process management, or equivalent qualifications, complemented by further training in process management
- Hands-on experience in process management or optimization
- Familiarity with standard process management methodologies
- The ability to make decisive actions and demonstrate high strategic acumen
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
