IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are a leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars. Our European branch, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V., is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your RoleWe are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, support, and documentation of our IT infrastructure, in cooperation with internal and external partners. This includes troubleshooting and operating IT infrastructure, IT project management, providing management information and recommendations for IT service improvement, managing suppliers and purchase process, and maintaining knowledge bases and training manuals for system administrators and users.
Requirements- Degree in information technology or 2-3 years of work experience in a similar field
- German and English fluency, with other languages advantageous (e.g. Korean)
- Knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and MS-SQL
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11
- Office Applications: O365
- Knowledge of computer and I/O hardware
- Knowledge of EMC storage and Cisco Networking (advantageous)
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (advantageous)
- Friendly and genuinely wanting to deliver a first-class service
- Trained in interpersonal skills
- Experience in an international environment
