Your Profile- We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will have a degree in information technology or relevant work experience, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.
- Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages such as Korean being an advantage.
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and MS-SQL, as well as experience with operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11, and office applications like O365.
- Knowledge of computer and I/O hardware, EMC storage, and Cisco networking is also desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in an international environment and provide a first-class service to our customers.
- Experience in ITIL Service Management processes and certification in VMware, EMC, Microsoft, or Cisco is an advantage.
- As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, support, and documentation of our IT infrastructure, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You will work on IT Incident-, Problem-, and Change Management Processes, troubleshooting and operating IT infrastructure, and managing IT projects.
- You will also provide management information and recommendations for IT service improvement, manage suppliers and purchase processes, and maintain knowledge bases and training manuals for system administrators and users.
