About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist for Radiology to join our team at Sana Klinikum Hof GmbH. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the non-clinical team in Radiology, working closely with the department head and other stakeholders to achieve strategic and economic goals.
  • Develop and implement effective service plans, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate radiology services, including patient scheduling, imaging procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Medical Technologist (MTR) or Radiology Assistant (MTRA) certification.
  • Proven experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology, with a strong understanding of medical imaging principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
