Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft engaging texts for social media platforms.
- Content Management: Independently handle the production and post-production of digital materials.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external communications, including writing, graphic design, and video production at various locations.
- Daily Support: Aid in organizing meetings, managing community interactions, and liaising with colleagues from different departments.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or Marketing Communications, ideally nearing the end of your bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Familiarity with creating and editing visually appealing content, including videos and social media posts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Office applications such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, and photo editing software.
- Work Style: Enjoy working creatively and independently, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Personal Attributes: A communicative and imaginative individual with excellent writing abilities and a knack for storytelling.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
