Your future responsibilities.
- Lead strategic planning and management of the product portfolio in alignment with market demands and organizational objectives throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Gather and articulate market needs for both existing and upcoming products, leveraging direct customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Identify new business prospects and initiate actions to bring them to fruition through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
- Develop presentations for executive leadership (CEO, CFO, and Supervisory Board) to facilitate strategic communication.
- Assist the sales and quotation teams in customer interactions and the introduction of new products.
- Deliver product presentations to clients, as well as at industry exhibitions and training sessions for customers and sales teams.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, establishing a robust network with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of drive and electric motor technologies.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in business or commercial roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess social skills to take on a leadership role.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Intercultural experience, such as participation in international projects or studying/work abroad, is a valuable asset.
