Having facilitated over one million nights of rentals through our platform, we have served more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our offerings include a diverse range of road trip options: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the opportunity to purchase one of our vehicles.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of travel enthusiasts who excel in customer service for our depot. As a key representative of our company, you will report directly to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing all operational issues to ensure the depot runs smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing incoming bookings, greeting guests, and overseeing check-in and check-out processes;
- Preparing and cleaning campervans for rental;
- Ensuring campervans are well-maintained and addressing repair needs;
- Registering guests, managing inventory, and processing payments;
- Resolving customer complaints and handling emergencies.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A travel enthusiast with a background in customer-facing roles, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Vehicle Rentals;
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus;
- Eligibility to work in the region, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving campervans are essential;
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
- A responsible individual who is dependable and takes their work seriously;
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
