Product Director

Flink is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our consumer domain. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for building and iterating on a top-notch user experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy
- Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to drive product development and innovation
- Identify and improve ways of working across teams and functions
- Recruit and grow the consumer domain team
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning new feature launches from start to finish
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in product management
- Experience working on consumer-facing teams, focusing on UX, design, and experimentation
- Previous experience in leading and managing product teams and creating product roadmaps and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, maths, economics, or computer science
- Excellent analytical abilities, with strong user empathy and awareness, motivated by qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Competent in statistics, with the ability to design experiments and correctly interpret results
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
