Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise to support the Pricing domain in negotiation contexts? Here’s how you can contribute:
- Prepare for critical negotiations with clients by developing negotiation techniques and strategies.
- As the Commercial Lead, you will conduct negotiations with clients alongside specialized teams.
- Support our leadership in commercial matters and utilize our Data & Analytics to inform relevant decisions.
- As a Lead Negotiation Consultant, you will devise solutions in the areas of pricing, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate our internal Commercial Team for your projects to ensure optimal negotiation preparation.
- Assist in the follow-up of negotiations and gather best practices.
- Conduct Commercial Quick Checks for medium-sized contracts.
- Review proposals to ensure compliance with established pricing principles.
- To become a Lead Negotiation Consultant (m/f/d) in Commercial Strategy / Pricing, you should possess a degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics, or Law.
- You have several years of professional experience in the procurement or sales department of a medium to large enterprise.
- You have independently led and prepared significant and complex negotiations.
- Experience in negotiation training is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ideally, you have experience in procuring professional services or have a solid understanding of the consulting industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, define your profile.
- You present yourself confidently and competently.
- You are willing to travel as required.
