We are seeking an experienced Energy Manager to join our team in Essen. As an Energy Manager, you will be responsible for procuring and managing energy contracts across various countries to support our European electric vehicle charging network. You will also oversee all aspects of energy billing, from invoice verification to processing and payment, and analyze energy usage data to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Oversee all aspects of energy billing, from invoice verification to processing and payment
- Validate energy bills, resolve discrepancies, and track expenses
- Generate monthly energy reports detailing consumption, costs, and efficiency metrics
- Analyze energy usage data and identify opportunities for optimization
- Compare energy reports with charging invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in energy procurement, contract management, and billing
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with electric mobility and the charging infrastructure industry is a plus
- Knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability practices
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Fluent in English
