Wir suchen eine erfahrene Pflegedienstleitung, die sich auf die Umsetzung von Palliative Care und Bezugspflegekonzepten spezialisiert hat. Die Stelle ist Teil unseres Hospizes in Dortmund und bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem engagierten Team zu arbeiten.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Umsetzung des Palliative Care und Bezugspflegekonzepts
  • Personalverantwortung, Dienstplanung und Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Umsetzung und Entwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Durchführung und Vorbereitung der Prüfung durch die Heimaufsicht
  • Umsetzung und Entwicklung der Hygienestandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kooperationspartnern und Kooperationspartnerinnen
  • Mitverantwortung bei der Umsetzung von Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger
  • Abgeschlossene Palliative Care Weiterbildung (160 UE) sowie Erfahrung in der Palliativ- und Hospizarbeit
  • Wünschenswert abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbares Studium in dem Bereich Pflegemanagement
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Hohe Pflege- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung von Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Dienstplanung und Mitarbeiterorganisation
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse MS Office
