Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Working Student Employer Branding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with our overall goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the development of content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, and recruitment materials
- Coordinate and expand relationships with universities, business schools, and research institutes to build awareness of our employer brand
- Organize recruiting and brand awareness events, as well as diversity and tech fairs
- Create engaging and relevant content to showcase our company culture and workplace environment
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field
- Initial experience in employer branding or similar areas, such as internships or working student positions
- Understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to convey a compelling employer brand story
- Enthusiasm for working cross-functionally and creative problem-solving
