About the Role

The Clinical Sales Associate will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

This position requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to effectively communicate with surgical teams and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System, working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the user base.
  • Provide training and support to surgical teams to ensure they are capable of using the da Vinci system independently, including training sessions and case support.
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German language.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
