Capacity Planning Manager, Transportation Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and efficiency of our Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Transportation Strategy: Build and present a comprehensive growth strategy for AFP, leveraging data analysis and business acumen to drive decision-making.
- Optimize Capacity Utilization: Create and implement tractor utilization management models to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze data to generate forward-looking plans and present to senior stakeholders, driving business growth and expansion.
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Build and maintain visualisation tools and dashboards to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), driving action and improvement across the team.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging expertise and knowledge to inform decision-making.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or business analytics.
- Analytical Experience: Proven experience working in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth using data analysis and business acumen.
- Technical Skills: Relevant experience in analyzing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing, as well as creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
