As a Freelance Agile Coach, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, offering numerous avenues for professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Your role in driving success:

  • Champion and facilitate Agile transformation efforts across various teams and organizational units.
  • Deliver expert coaching and guidance to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and executives on Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Organize and conduct Agile training sessions, workshops, and boot camps to educate and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead essential Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and alignment on Agile values and practices.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of Agile implementations.
  • Support organizations in navigating the cultural and procedural shifts associated with Agile adoption.


What you bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach, with a proven history of successful Agile transformations.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are highly valued.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, while fluency in German (both written and spoken) is highly advantageous.
