We are currently seeking a

Student Assistant (all genders) – Financial Control / Compliance Management

for our team.

What tasks can you look forward to?
  • Assist our financial control team with revenue forecasting and reporting.
  • Support the execution of monthly compliance controls, including documentation (e.g., customer and supplier checks).
  • Gather credit reports, assist with company reporting, and handle ad-hoc inquiries from management.
  • Maintain master data as part of your responsibilities.
  • While performing your tasks, critically assess existing processes and proactively suggest improvements.
What should you bring?
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree—your field of study is less important than your enthusiasm for numbers, finance, and logical reasoning.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, and concepts like pivot tables and VLOOKUP are familiar to you.
  • Ideally, you have gained practical experience through previous internships or student assistant roles.
  • You communicate fluently in German and have a strong command of English.
  • Your work style is reliable, precise, and organized.
  • You thrive on variety and new challenges, and you excel in an international team environment.
