About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our project in Dresden. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing safety training, inspections, and audits for integration facility staff and subcontractors. You'll also assist in preparing bid documents, scope documents, and tracking the submittal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safety training and inspections for integration facility staff and subcontractors
• Assist in preparing bid documents, scope documents, and tracking the submittal process
• Review and understand drawings and specifications to become familiar with the project scope of work
• Work with the Preconstruction Manager and Project Controller to understand the project value and control budget
• Work with awarded subcontractors to align on schedule, budget, changes in scope, logistics, daily planning, and weekly look-aheads
• Prepare preliminary visual schedules and project schedules to align with NEHP build sequence and the Master Project Schedule
• Work with Precon and Procurement Manager to prepare vendor recommendations prior to bid award
• Review bid tabs in accordance with project guidelines for submission to the client
• Process and update RFI's (Request for Information) and submittal logs
• Work with the Procurement Manager to prepare and maintain all vendor lists and deliverables of fabrication to the integration shop
• Attend weekly job-site meetings for coordination and alignment with NEHP crew and the Construction Manager
• Will travel for durations up to 2 weeks at a time to support project job-site activities and develop competency with our operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering discipline or closely related subject, or equivalent years of experience
• Proficiency in German and English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and MS Project)
• High energy level, self-motivated, and directed, with a keen attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong sense of urgency
• Very strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to solve constantly evolving problems while working with a team to find a solution that is best for the project/team
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
