Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die unser Team als Facility Manager unterstützt, um die Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen zu gewährleisten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten
  • Allgemeine Wartungsaufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft der Unterbringungsräume
  • Verwaltung von Belegungslisten und ähnlichen Aufgaben
  • Bereitstellung von täglichen Bedarfsartikeln und anderen Materialien für die Bewohner
  • Koordination von Reinigungsaktivitäten

Anforderungen

Wenn Sie eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Elektriker, Tischler, Klempner, Maurer, Dachdecker, Fliesenleger, Gebäudereiniger usw.) haben, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung. Darüber hinaus werden die folgenden Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften Ihr Profil ergänzen:

  • Sie sind zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und teamfähig
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und gewissenhaft zu arbeiten
  • Körperlich fit und geeignet für Außeneinsätze, mit einem gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft, außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten zu arbeiten, wenn erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Nachweis eines ausreichenden Masernschutzes

Wir bieten eine befristete Vollzeitstelle für 12 Monate mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung bei der Regierung von Mittelfranken. Als tariflich angestellter Mitarbeiter werden Sie gemäß der Entgeltgruppe 4 oder 5 TV-L vergütet, mit zusätzlichen Vorteilen wie jährlichen Boni, Altersvorsorge und Sparleistungen. Ihr Hauptarbeitsort ist in Ansbach, mit möglichen Einsätzen in den Landkreisen Neustadt a. d. Aisch und Weißenburg - Gunzenhausen.
