Airport Service Representative

As a Passenger Service Professional at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, you will be responsible for providing efficient and service-oriented handling of passenger and check-in processes at the airport. Your tasks will include:
- Providing assistance and guidance to our passengers and partner airlines
- Assigning seats and collecting luggage at the beginning of the journey
- Ensuring and verifying the necessary travel documents
- Coordinating the boarding process and being responsible for a punctual departure
- Supporting passengers in case of lost luggage
- Providing assistance and guidance to passengers in case of flight irregularities
- Providing service to passengers in our lounges

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training or a middle-level education with at least 2 years of experience in service-oriented professions or a student with valid enrollment and prior experience in service-oriented professions
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, advanced English language skills
- Proficiency in using IT applications
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in challenging and time-critical situations
- Strong service orientation
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Time management skills
- Ability to find quick and uncomplicated solutions to problems
- Willingness to work in a flexible annual working time model with varying early, mid, and late shifts in full-time or part-time and the possibility to place monthly work wishes
