Production Operations Analyst

- Support international subsidiaries in critical business management aspects related to production, operations, and logistics.
- Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and corporate planning on both strategic and operational levels in collaboration with global colleagues.
- Act as a consultative partner to international management (plant managers) and local controlling teams.
- Independently derive actionable recommendations, provide commentary, and monitor the implementation and follow-up of measures.
- Create cost transparency and ensure reliable product costing for both standard and actual costs, including variance analyses.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks across international production sites.
- Implement and follow up on standardizations of controlling and reporting structures.
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling.
- Professional experience in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Interest in production processes and collaboration within international teams, along with a willingness to travel.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO and Business Warehouse.
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and assertiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with commitment and responsibility.
