Key Responsibilities- Assist in the negotiation and sales of electrical motors to key automotive customers.
- Organize and facilitate global coordination meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive reports for our leadership team.
- Participate in initiatives designed to elevate our sales excellence.
- Lead special projects aimed at the management of the Electrical Motors division.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration with outstanding academic performance.
- Personality: An analytical mindset with a structured approach to work.
- Experience: Initial practical experience, such as internships in consulting or industry, with a preference for intercultural exposure.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
