Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Key Account Management team in the negotiation and sales processes of electrical motors tailored for automotive clients. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our sales strategies and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the negotiation and sales of electrical motors to key automotive customers.
  • Organize and facilitate global coordination meetings and workshops.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive reports for our leadership team.
  • Participate in initiatives designed to elevate our sales excellence.
  • Lead special projects aimed at the management of the Electrical Motors division.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration with outstanding academic performance.
  • Personality: An analytical mindset with a structured approach to work.
  • Experience: Initial practical experience, such as internships in consulting or industry, with a preference for intercultural exposure.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
