Job SummaryAs a Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by managing business requirements and designing process adaptations to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage business requirements and design process adaptations to drive business growth and excellence
- Develop and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Contribute to the roll-out of assigned projects and support end-user training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Understanding of E2E Lead-to-Cash business processes and experience with business requirements management
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills
- Ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
- Business fluent in English
- Willingness to travel (at least 50%)
