Senior Grid Modernization Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Partner to join our team in Grid Modernization. As a key member of our Utilities Practice, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Grid Modernization programs, leveraging your expertise in digitalization, automation, and AI to enhance grid responsiveness and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, identifying Infosys differentiators and articulating our unique value proposition and competitive financials.
- Take bottom-line responsibility for Infosys program execution, providing vision and guidance to the team, bringing industry expertise to the engagement, and managing key client stakeholders.
- Analyse the probability of winning deals and negotiate terms and conditions of engagements with clients, ensuring timely and smooth closure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading Grid Modernization programs in multiple areas, including Grid Digitalization, Automation & AI, IT/OT convergence, and Energy Networks.
- Strong business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency).
- Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
