Global Mobility Services Supervisor

Position Overview
Become a part of KPMG and engage in addressing the future challenges faced by our clients. Immerse yourself in a variety of tasks and contribute positively with us.
Collaborate with your team in the Global Mobility Services division to devise solutions for clients across diverse sectors such as Automotive, Banking, Financial Services, and the Public Sector concerning Lohnsteuer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage national and international clients independently on all tax-related matters from an employer's viewpoint in a global framework.
- Assist clients in preparation for and during Lohnsteuer external evaluations.
- Liaise with tax authorities on tax-related issues and draft correction letters.
- Perform process assessments and enhance workflows to ensure adherence to tax regulations.
- Offer conceptual guidance from a tax standpoint on employee benefits and compensation enhancement.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Finance, Business, or Law.
- Have several years of experience in a tax department of an internationally operating organization with comprehensive tax expertise;
- Exhibit strong analytical and communication abilities;
- Capable of articulating complex matters clearly and effectively;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Possess negotiation skills in English.
