Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will integrate creativity, analytical capabilities, and strategic insight to propel product marketing efforts and ensure cohesive collaboration with stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head of Product Marketing. If you possess several years of experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly with a keen interest in sustainability, supply chain dynamics, and climate technology, you may be the ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute product marketing strategies that effectively convey the benefits of IntegrityNext's solutions to target demographics.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to synchronize marketing activities with business goals and product evolution.
  • Create engaging product materials, including presentations, videos, data sheets, and web content, to support marketing initiatives, product introductions, and sales activities.
  • Perform competitive assessments and market research to pinpoint key competitors, comprehend their strategies, and distinctly position IntegrityNext's offerings.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to collect insights, foster alignment, and guarantee the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels in collaboration with the marketing team, including digital platforms, social media, and regional marketing, to generate leads and enhance conversions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to refine strategies and meet performance indicators.
  • Develop and showcase customer success narratives to highlight the impact and value of IntegrityNext's solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in product marketing within the B2B technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Studies, Sustainability, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with robust strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of sustainable supply chain management and sustainability principles is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with design and/or video editing software is a plus.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through technology.
