Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at E Center in Berlin. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
