About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Rovell Hotelbetriebsverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. As a key member of our gastronomy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide half-board service at buffet and menu
  • Offer service in the bar
  • Deliver service à la carte
  • Prepare and serve popular cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes
  • Take ownership of leading a service station
  • Process own cash transactions
  • Provide gastronomic support for conference areas
  • Partially stock tables with supplies
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
  • Previous experience in a similar position in upscale hotels is an asset
  • Experience with EDV cash systems is an asset
  • Goal-oriented, guest-friendly work attitude, flexibility, and resilience
  • Confident, reliable, and charming demeanor
  • Service-oriented and quality-conscious
  • High team skills and enjoyment of working with guests
  • Fluent German language skills, additional foreign language skills (e.g., English) are an asset
