At Exyte, we're seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control subcontractor performance to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Process commercial subcontractor claims and negotiate contract amendments
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and minimize risks associated with delays
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance subcontractor performance
Requirements:
  • Strong background in economics or engineering, with experience in large construction and engineering projects
  • Excellent commercial and technical expertise, with a high level of proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong command of written and spoken language
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
