About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within Workforce Staffing (WFS), enabling support of Amazon's first, middle and last mile Logistics.

This Change Program Manager is responsible for delivery of change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams.

The role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland or Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives
  • Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption
  • Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
  • Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
  • Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate down-stream problems
  • Understand inter dependencies of programs
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews and collaboration
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
