Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Manager M&A Tax für unser Corporate Center in Deutschland.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Steuerliche Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen M&A-Projekten
  • Durchführung von Tax Due Diligence-Prüfungen und Koordination von externen Beratern und internen Fachteams
  • Erarbeitung der steuerlichen Transaktionsstruktur
  • Beratung zum Aufsetzen sowie Prüfung der Transaktionsverträge
  • Erarbeitung der steuerlichen Auswirkungen von Transaktionen für Investitions- und Entscheidungsgremien
  • Mitwirkung an der Post-Deal-Integration
Voraussetzungen
  • Masterstudium der BWL mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tax M&A, bevorzugt im Konzernumfeld, in der Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Steuerberaterexamen / Fachberatertitel oder hohes Interesse, das Examen abzulegen
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
