Inside Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a key member of our Central office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in Austria and Germany.
Main Responsibilities
- Represent SSAB Special Steels as the first point of contact for customers in the region.
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Technical Development Managers with handling orders, inquiries, and inventory assets via our booking systems, email, or phone.
- Handle orders, bookings, send offers, follow-ups, additional sales, and provide excellent service to customers.
About You
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Motivated with a positive mindset and a willingness to see opportunities.
- Service-minded and communicative, with no fear of contacting customers or answering the phone.
- A team player who enjoys working in a team and supporting colleagues.
- A good, professional level of English is required.
