We are currently seeking a
Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)located in Sörup, in proximity to Flensburg.
Your Responsibilities- Managing customer orders through EDI systems and overseeing customer portals
- Handling customer communications (M365 and email), order processing, monitoring deadlines, invoicing, and maintaining master data in the ERP system
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to process inquiries, quotes, and orders
- Aligning customer requirements with planning systems
- Overseeing sales and quantity forecasting
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in sales support or a related position
- A collaborative team player with a structured and efficient work style
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and possibly M365
- Familiarity with an ERP system
- A responsible and diverse role within a successful corporate group
- Permanent employment in accordance with the in-house collective agreement IG Metall
